WE-L-COME HOME
A+E braids the terms accident and emergency, art and ecology, art and education. Currently resident at St Mary’s Episcopal Cathedral, Edinburgh, A+E is tasked with reimagining the Cathedral as a commons for the city and the wider climate justice movement. We ask, how can the Cathedral’s grounds and buildings be repurposed in response to the climate and ecological crisis? What would a Regenerative Cathedral look like, sound like, smell like, taste like, feel like, and move like?
