ARCHIVE – due to resume when time and funding allow
A free drop-in art workshop to support our mental health and wellbeing
No booking required / Everyone is welcome
CURRENTLY TAKING A BREAK

We all suffer from the stresses and strains of modern life – including concerns about the climate and ecological crisis. This drop-in art workshop is open to everyone, whatever your concerns may be. We provide a friendly welcome, ample art materials and a creative environment to support you on your creative journey. We believe that creative expression is vital to sustaining positive mental health. It can help us process difficult feelings, reduce anxiety and build self-esteem.
The creative person, like the energy of creation, is always moving. There is an understanding that the process must keep changing.
